We are not responsible for delays in supplying the affected goods or for failing to supply the goods if this is due to your failure to provide the required information within a reasonable time after our request.

All payments for goods and associated delivery charges must be completed in advance. During the ordering process, customers will be prompted to provide their payment information.

- Delivery Timeframe: Guaranteed delivery by 1:00 PM on the next working day.*

- Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery, which can be verified online after ten minutes.
- Cost: Minimum delivery cost is £10.35, gradually increasing to a maximum of £20.35 based on the weight and value of the item. This cost will be calculated during the checkout process.

For International Customers
- Delivery Method: Royal Mail Tracked and Signed
- Delivery Timeframe: Anticipated delivery within 5 to 21 days.
- Tracking Information: Comprehensive tracking until the item reaches the delivery point.
- Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery.*
- Cost: Minimum cost for international delivery is £8.50, increasing to a maximum of £19.00 based on weight and value. This cost will be calculated during the checkout process.

Important Delivery Information

We use a fully insured tracked delivery service for all orders. Goods purchased through our site will typically be dispatched within 1-2 business days after we confirm your order, unless we agree otherwise during the ordering process.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the impact. If you foresee a significant delay, you may Contact Us to cancel your order, and we will refund any amounts paid for goods not yet received.

Please note that responsibility for the goods transfers to you once we deliver them to the billing address you provided. If you (or someone on your behalf) are not available to receive the goods and they cannot be delivered through your letterbox, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange for re-delivery or where to collect the goods. We will not be liable for goods delivered to addresses with multiple occupants or business addresses after Royal Mail has confirmed delivery.

If you do not arrange for re-delivery or fail to collect the goods, we may cancel the order and issue a refund once the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition; however, the delivery costs will not be refunded. If you place a new order for the same item, you will be responsible for the delivery cost. We will not be liable for late delivery or failure to deliver goods if you do not provide the required information within a reasonable time after we request it.

Customs & Import Duties
If you are ordering goods from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply once your items reach their destination. We are not responsible for these charges and will not provide calculations or estimates related to them. It is advisable to contact your local customs authorities for details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser, you will be the importer of record and must ensure that your purchase complies with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported. Please note that goods may be inspected upon arrival at port for customs purposes, and we cannot guarantee that the packaging will be free from signs of tampering. Additionally, be aware that UK consumer protection laws may not apply to your purchase.

International Claims Compensation
It is important to understand that insurance coverage for precious metals, such as gold and silver, may not be available in certain countries. This limitation could result in claims for any losses associated with our goods being denied. If an international parcel is lost, we will initiate a claims process with Royal Mail and provide you with all necessary documentation. Should the claim be approved, we will reimburse you for the amount paid to us by Royal Mail. However, if the claim is denied, we will provide the documentation received from Royal Mail, but no compensation will be offered.

Returning Goods if You Change Your Mind
Should you wish to return goods for any reason, you are required to notify us within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Please contact us using the information provided on our Contact Us page, and include the following details: your name, address, order specifics, and, if possible, your email address and telephone number. Goods must be returned to us no later than 14 calendar days following your notification of the intent to return. The items must be unused and in their original condition, including all coin sleeves. Kindly repackage the goods securely in their original packaging, and include your reason for the return, as well as your name, address, order details, email address, and telephone number. We recommend utilizing a tracked shipping service when returning items to us. You will bear the responsibility for the costs and risk of loss or damage during the return process.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Goods
In the event that the goods you received are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed, please contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. We will provide either a replacement or a full refund. To return such goods, you may either post them back to us or arrange for their collection. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days following the receipt of returned goods. All refunds will be issued through the same payment method utilized for the initial purchase. Please be advised that delivery charges will not be reimbursed unless the returned goods are deemed faulty, damaged, incorrect. or misdescribed.
